About the Role

Support projects that directly impact clients, end-users, and supporting staff by managing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams for collaboration, managing and syncing documents with OneDrive, and utilizing Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for workflows, dashboards, and data visualization. Enhance SharePoint functionality through development, troubleshooting, and environment management, ensuring integration with other Microsoft products and developing custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the SharePoint environment, including site collections, sites, subsites, user permissions, and security groups.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 tools to facilitate collaboration and document management.
  • Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using Visual Studio, including setting up projects, web parts, workflows, and application pages.
  • Write client-side scripts, design and style web pages, and utilize project templates for web parts and workflows.
  • Perform debugging, unit testing, version control, and create reusable controls and components.
  • Package solutions for deployment and set up automated build and deployment pipelines using CI/CD.
  • Optimize code performance, resolve bottlenecks through profiling, and troubleshoot issues related to performance, accessibility, and functionality.
  • Implement and manage metadata and taxonomy for content organization within document libraries.
  • Support and train end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a classified environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience with Visual Studio and coding/development.
  • Experience managing SharePoint projects such as upgrades and migrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience meeting stakeholder, user, and team requirements.
  • Ability to manage and support SharePoint environments and integrations.

  • Possession of excellent analytical skills.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Certification.

Qualifications

  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
