Short-Form Content Creator — Fitness & Performance Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Produce 2-4 high-quality short-form videos daily for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Work closely with coordinators and media buyers to align content with PPC campaigns, performance metrics, and brand goals.
• Capture influencer, lifestyle, and product-focused content independently or with a team, ensuring high-quality, consistent visuals.
• Edit and enhance videos using professional tools, adding captions, graphics, music, and effects as needed.
• Brainstorm, storyboard, and execute ideas for campaigns, social media initiatives, and performance-driven content.
• Maintain organized libraries of video files and project assets for efficient workflow.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, short-form techniques, and platform best practices.
• Use engagement and PPC data to optimize content, improve results, and support audience growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in short-form content creation or videography.
• Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Skilled in motion graphics, transitions, and basic visual effects.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (Photoshop, Canva, After Effects) for thumbnails, captions, and overlays.
• Strong storytelling, visual composition, and narrative pacing skills.
• Experience filming influencer, lifestyle, or food content in studio or on location.
• Understanding of performance marketing, PPC metrics, and social media analytics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with adaptability to structured workflows and evolving campaigns.
• Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and lifestyle brands.

• Portfolio showcasing short-form content, editing, and storytelling ability.
• Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit professional-quality video independently.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends.

• Personal camera/video equipment is highly preferred but not required.
