About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Executing results-driven and emotional storytelling scripts quickly and efficiently.
• Producing quality scripts informed by data.
• Ensuring expertise in voice and subject matter for each script, avoiding repetitive approaches.
• Championing Ramsey brand standards and voice across teams and initiatives.
• Strategizing on the future direction of the shows.
• Serving as a trusted resource for show content for stakeholders, writers, and producers.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in professional writing.
• Comfortable collaborating with producers, personalities, editors, etc., on scripts and content.
• Ability to bring cultural and industry relevancy to content.
• Skill in transforming multiple complex ideas into cohesive solutions.
• Experience in having strategic conversations that drive show development with stakeholders.
• Must provide professional script samples during application.

Nice to Have

• Experience with voice and subject matter expertise.
• Experience in show development and content strategy.

Qualifications

• Professional writing experience of 3 or more years.
