About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics, along with excellent communication skills to manage relationships with our audience and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with brand messaging.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts efficiently.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening techniques to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage public relations efforts through effective communication on social platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels while adapting content for specific audiences.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly to foster community relationships.
  • Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of relationship management principles and public relations practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
  • Experience in video editing and photography is desirable for creating diverse content types.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using web analytics tools to drive informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and the ability to maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
  • A proactive approach to learning new trends in digital marketing and social media.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in video editing and photography.
