About the Role

The Social Media Content Handling Specialist is responsible for setting the launch strategy and content plan for new social channels, partnering with senior AI leadership to bring vision and strategy to life. The role requires an exceptional strategic thinker who is savvy about social media, understands consumer engagement across platforms, and is willing to innovate to drive mindshare for products. The specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and brand social teams to solve challenges and operate with impact.

Key Responsibilities

Define and uphold the social strategy across our new social channels.
Create a robust and durable content strategy/plan.
Consult on content creation and community management.
Partner with measurement team to understand performance of channels and provide recommendations for optimization.
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.
Shape the development of our most innovative products.

Requirements

7+ years' experience in a social role.
Deep understanding of social media, including best practices, formats, and engagement tactics.
Experience managing social channels and cross-team projects.
Ability to work well cross-functionally and with agency partners.
Strong organizational skills.
Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and self-directing projects.
Familiarity with Sprinklr.
