About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and direct social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create, schedule, and manage posts across multiple social media platforms.
• Design and execute paid social advertising campaigns, tracking performance and optimizing for ROI.
• Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep content relevant and effective.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure social media aligns with broader marketing and business goals.
• Initially, own the social media function end-to-end in a hands-on, independent role.
• As the company grows, build and lead a team of social media professionals.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in social media marketing, including both organic growth and paid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Creative thinker with excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
• Experience with social media analytics, ad managers, and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
