Software Architect - Expert

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, streamline, create, modify, test, and implement code to support various system development and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with new development of upcoming statutory projects.
• Assist with system re-engineering efforts related to the new suite of Policy Administration systems.
• Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers necessary to maintain underwriting, premium audit, risk control, and billing processes.
• Assist with the timely resolution of production issues.
• Assist with system re-engineering and maintenance efforts related to Policy Center written in Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, and .Net Core.
• Assist with security scanning and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Assist with development of web applications that meet WCAG guidelines.
• Develop various policy-related APIs and micro web services.
• Support efforts related to integrating policy data into data warehouse and business intelligence systems.

Requirements

• Experience with system maintenance, integration, and enhancement of policy administration systems.
• Proficiency in developing Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers.
• Knowledge of web development technologies including Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, and .Net Core.
• Experience with security scanning and vulnerability remediation.
• Ability to develop web applications that meet WCAG guidelines.
• Experience with developing APIs and micro web services.
• Familiarity with data integration to data warehouse and business intelligence systems.
