Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team members to define best practices and gather client requirements for software development.
  • Design and implement intuitive software.
  • Maintain and update software regularly to enhance functionality and address customer and business concerns.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and testing of programs and products before deployment.
  • Quickly identify and resolve coding issues.
  • Strengthen software security by developing monitoring programs to protect sensitive information.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to optimize business software processes and interactions.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members, ensuring confidence in software application usage.
  • Use T-SQL to support software development including reports and business processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development and implementation.
  • 3-5 years working with MS SQL.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases and version controls.
  • Proven track record of contributing to large-scale software projects with complex architectures.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C#, Java, C++, PHP, ASMX, and JSON.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, essential for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Experience in developing secure software systems following industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze code for vulnerabilities and errors, offering strategic improvements.
  • Knowledge of T-SQL, creating stored procedures, functions, triggers, tables, indexes on SQL Server.
  • Experience in developing applications using C#, WinForms, ASP.NET, VB.NET, JSON, etc.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SSIS, creating and editing packages.
  • Experience with OnBase workflows and system maintenance.
  • Experience with SharePoint and developing Power Apps.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of accounting systems and practices.
  • Public sector housing experience.
