Key Responsibilities

Work closely with team members to define best practices and gather client requirements for software development.
Design and implement intuitive software.
Maintain and update software regularly to enhance functionality and address customer and business concerns.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing of programs and products before deployment.
Quickly identify and resolve coding issues.
Strengthen software security by developing monitoring programs to protect sensitive information.
Continuously explore opportunities to optimize business software processes and interactions.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members, ensuring confidence in software application usage.
Use T-SQL to support software development including reports and business processes.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development and implementation.
3-5 years working with MS SQL.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases and version controls.
Proven track record of contributing to large-scale software projects with complex architectures.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C#, Java, C++, PHP, ASMX, and JSON.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, essential for cross-functional teamwork.
Experience in developing secure software systems following industry standards and best practices.
Ability to analyze code for vulnerabilities and errors, offering strategic improvements.
Knowledge of T-SQL, creating stored procedures, functions, triggers, tables, indexes on SQL Server.
Experience in developing applications using C#, WinForms, ASP.NET, VB.NET, JSON, etc.
Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI.
Knowledge of SSIS, creating and editing packages.
Experience with OnBase workflows and system maintenance.
Experience with SharePoint and developing Power Apps.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of accounting systems and practices.
Public sector housing experience.
