About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop .NET Core applications using C# and the MVC design pattern.
• Utilize Entity Framework Core for database access and manipulation.
• Maintain legacy applications where possible.
• Integrate third-party libraries and frameworks as needed.
• Modify existing features and develop new features across a variety of related systems.
• Collaborate with team members to identify future enhancements, implement and test features, and create system documentation.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures and functions using SQL Server.
• Maintain and update customer support tickets.
• Maintain new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior.
• Support users when issues arise that require a technical understanding of the underlying system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of software development experience using the C# programming language.
• One (1) year of experience working with .NET Core, SQL, Azure DevOps preferred.
• One (1) year of experience working in an Agile development environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of development tools such as Visual Studio, SSMS, or DevOps.
• Proficiency in programming, demonstrating intermediate skills.
• Intermediate understanding of MVC design pattern.
• Familiarity with web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON.
• Basic familiarity with technologies and software such as C#, .NET (preferably .NET Core).
• Basic understanding of Git as a source control solution.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with .NET Core, SQL, Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (preferred).
• At least 1 year of software development experience with C#.
• Experience with .NET Core, SQL, Azure DevOps (preferred).
