About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a DevOps team to deliver software through CI/CD to a highly parallelized, scalable cloud environment, providing critical information that drives customer success.
• Leverage technical software development skills to analyze and define system scope and objectives for developing or modifying engineering applications.
• Develop test strategies for automated regression testing of these systems.
• Engage in projects of moderate scope and complexity, contributing to the development of assignments and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud technologies and services with Azure.
• Experience with IaaS environment with Azure (Kubernetes/AKS, Infrastructure as Code).
• 6+ years of experience with C#.NET and strong front-end experience with Angular and JavaScript.
• Experience with APIs, complex data structures, and RESTful APIs.
• SQL Server backend experience supporting on-prem environment, including access, networking, and authentication.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on an ETRM/CTRM/Commercial IT solution, supporting the needs of an energy trading business.
• ISO market knowledge, primarily with ERCOT and CAISO, with a focus on storage and battery.
• 5+ years of experience with Python.
