About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated success in full lifecycle PEGA implementations (preferably PEGA 7 and 8) including live implementation in PEGA.
• Perform regular code and design reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise.
• Monitor Grafana for Kafka topics.
• Troubleshoot production defects.
• Work in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment.
• Perform performance tuning and optimize PEGA connectors, decision trees, listeners, UI design, and security models.

Requirements

• 6 or more years' experience in Pega and with Pega 8 knowledge.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect or LSA (CSSA).
• Strong understanding of PEGA concepts and implementation experience with PEGA connectors, performance tuning, decision trees, listeners, UI design, integration, and security.
• Experience with performance measurement tools like PAL, SMA, Alerts, and PLA.
• Experience with PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives and PEGA PRPC Use Case Development (preferred 5 years).
• Experience converting business processes into process flows (preferred 5 years).
• Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and motivate results.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Pega 8.x.
• Experience with Java development and Pega Robotics.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $110,000-$130,000 a year.
