As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our situational awareness capabilities by developing and deploying enterprise-level applications that transform raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of frontend applications, ensuring they meet user requirements and adhere to best practices.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, data scientists, and downstream solution teams to deliver cohesive and effective solutions.
Contribute to the evolution of our development processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

Experience in software development, particularly in frontend application design and deployment.
Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including designers and data scientists.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Commitment to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
