About the Role

CGI Federal is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support a Content Management System modernization project for the federal government. The role involves working on a multi-year initiative to update technology, infrastructure, design, and software used for content creation, review, management, publishing, and distribution to government clients and the public. The position is located in Lafayette, LA, with a hybrid work model acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate experience with Agile development methodology and DevOps.
Communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas confidently and well-organized through verbal, written, and visual means.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and wants.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to meet customer decision-making needs.
Elicit and develop articulate, high-quality requirements.
Test application functionality against requirements.
Collaborate effectively via virtual teams using collaborative workspaces and tools such as chat, Confluence, and Zoom.
Seek consultation with other analysts and experts to leverage analytical and technical expertise.
Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Obtain a Public Trust clearance.
8 years of experience with SaaS cloud applications, with Power Platform preferred.
Experience with Azure DevOps and M365.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly through verbal, written, and visual means.
Engage with customers to understand their needs.
Open to accepting feedback to improve processes, products, and services.
Skill in eliciting and developing articulate, high-quality requirements.
Ability to test application functionality against requirements.
Ability to function and collaborate effectively via virtual teams using tools like chat, Confluence, and Zoom.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the government contract.

Nice to Have
