The Software Developer - UI/UX role is based in Montvale, NJ, offering a hybrid work environment. The position involves leading UI design efforts for an application, focusing on creating seamless and accessible web interfaces, collaborating with agile teams, and transforming prototypes into functional UI code. Key Responsibilities

Lead the UI design for our client's application, ensuring a seamless and polished user experience.
Create web interfaces with a focus on layout, interaction, and accessibility best practices.
Collaborate with an agile team to integrate UI with backend services and data sources.
Advocate for user-centric design and communicate design principles effectively.
Transform Figma prototypes into functional UI code, ensuring feasibility.
Work closely with UX designers to contribute to design decisions and address design gaps.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in UI development or as a hybrid designer/developer.
Expertise in CSS, including flexbox, grid layout, and advanced CSS techniques.
Proficient in HTML, with a strong grasp of semantics and accessibility.
Experience with modern UI frameworks, especially Angular 2+ with TypeScript and JavaScript ES6.
Familiarity with Git, NPM, and Azure DevOps.
Ability to think creatively and technically, bridging design and development.
