About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and customize ITBM, ITSM, and CSM modules.
• Work on cloud services such as AWS and Azure using REST APIs.
• Configure Domain Separation and Virtual Agent.
• Develop dashboards and reports.
• Ensure platform stability through system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and manage CMDB accuracy with Discovery tools.

Requirements

• Employer will accept a master's degree in Computer Science engineering (any), C.I.S., or equivalent.
• Plus one year of experience.
