Key Responsibilities

Deliver self-service and automation experiences for global workforce.
Create ServiceNow request catalogs, record producers, workflow, and cross-platform API integrations.
Create and configure Business Rules, User Interface Policies, User Interface Actions, Client Scripts, REST APIs, and Access Control Lists including advanced scripting logic.
Create and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
Develop system integrations and process automation.
Participate in design review, client requirements sessions, and development teams to deliver features supporting automation initiatives.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, testers, and other developers to understand, estimate, prioritize, and implement solutions.
Design, code, debug, document, deploy, and maintain solutions.
May telecommute.

Requirements

Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 years of experience in user-centered design and building scalable, high-performing web and mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with ServiceNow development including JavaScript, AngularJS, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with workflow automation and integration development using REST, SOAP, or MID servers.
Experience creating and managing Scoped Applications.
Knowledge of object-oriented and relational database design.
Experience working in an Agile (SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban) environment.

Annual salary range of $148,436.00 - $174,097.00 per year.
