Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver self-service and automation experiences for global workforce.
  • Create ServiceNow request catalogs, record producers, workflow, and cross-platform API integrations.
  • Create and configure Business Rules, User Interface Policies, User Interface Actions, Client Scripts, REST APIs, and Access Control Lists including advanced scripting logic.
  • Create and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Develop system integrations and process automation.
  • Participate in design review, client requirements sessions, and development teams to deliver features supporting automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, testers, and other developers to understand, estimate, prioritize, and implement solutions.
  • Design, code, debug, document, deploy, and maintain solutions.
  • May telecommute.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in user-centered design and building scalable, high-performing web and mobile interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development including JavaScript, AngularJS, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with workflow automation and integration development using REST, SOAP, or MID servers.
  • Experience creating and managing Scoped Applications.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented and relational database design.
  • Experience working in an Agile (SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban) environment.

  • Annual salary range of $148,436.00 - $174,097.00 per year.
