Key Responsibilities

Will report to the team manager, while also works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared goals to translate high-level roadmap vision into practical feature specifications and deliverables
Develop the Zoom Phone's platform with Java using the Spring Boot framework
Create a secure and scalable platform using the latest cloud infrastructure technologies (i.e. Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, AWS)
Promote cloud-based test automation solutions and deployment strategy to optimize service performance and ensure product stability using AWS infrastructure (i.e. EC2, ECS, ElasticCache, or S3)
Build complex metrics solutions with data visualization support for relevant insights

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent
Must have 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
Experience with large-scale contact center cloud applications
Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Redis, and Amazon DynamoDB)
Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques including caching, minimizing requests, database query optimization
Distributed system architecture design knowledge or experience with high traffic, high concurrency system development
Experience with cloud computing and application security

Nice to Have

Experience with high traffic, high concurrency system development
Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS (EC2, ECS, ElasticCache, S3)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
3 years of relevant experience
