Key Responsibilities

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for various software applications and systems.
Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to contribute to design and architecture decisions.
Review code developed by other developers, providing feedback in line with industry best practices.
Build testable software, define tests, participate in testing processes, automate tests using tools like Junit and Selenium, and leverage design patterns and the test automation pyramid.
Triage defects or customer-reported issues, debug, and resolve them promptly and efficiently.
Contribute to the health and quality of services and incidents, identify and escalate issues, utilize service health indicators and telemetry, and assist in root cause analysis.
Understand and work within a DevOps model, taking ownership of requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software in production.
Properly document new features, enhancements, or fixes, and contribute to training materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript (React).
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of building and shipping successful software products and services.
Conceptual understanding of Front-End/Back-End components and microservices.
Growth mindset with the ability to adapt and learn in changing situations.

Nice to Have

Internship experience in software development or related fields.
Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies, such as version control systems (Git), IDEs, and agile practices.
Basic understanding of web technologies, databases, and cloud services.
High ownership and accountability mindset.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate and learn from others.

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience.
