Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Contribute to the design and implementation of distributed systems, including sharding, consistency, and availability.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using industry-standard languages.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
Completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Javascript.
Experience with relational databases and SQL.
Familiarity with software development tools including code editors (VIM or Emacs) and revision control systems (Subversion, GIT, or Perforce).
Knowledge of Linux, UNIX, or other *nix-like operating systems including file manipulation and simple commands.
Understanding of core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Experience building highly-scalable, performant solutions.
Knowledge of distributed systems including sharding, consistency, and availability.
Strong understanding of algorithms.
