Key Responsibilities

Designing and documenting microservice-based architectures.
Supporting the development of mission-critical ground software solutions for government and commercial customers.
Collaborating with teams to develop innovative features that enable faster, clearer, and more efficient decision-making for executive leaders.
Supporting existing programs and research projects with software development skills.

Requirements

Experience designing and documenting microservice-based architectures.
Strong presentation skills.
Deep understanding of open architecture, cloud computing design, and security principles.
Proficiency in software development using Java or C#.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Cloud environments.
Experience integrating software components via machine-to-machine interfaces (e.g., RESTful APIs, ActiveMQ).
Understanding or proficiency in application containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with test automation and continuous integration and deployment.
Background developing, debugging, and testing web applications and web services.
Experience with ELK stack (Elastic Search, Kibana, Logstash).
Experience working in Agile teams leveraging Scrum, Kanban, or other methodologies.
Ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance.

Qualifications

Experience level: Experienced Professional.
