Key Responsibilities

Strategize and participate in conversational design
Implement, train, and test conversational experience using best practices
Analyze, test, and improve the conversational experiences on an ongoing basis
Work closely with implementation and client success teams to support the implementation of software systems
Develop technical solutions and address client needs
Provide proactive suggestions and answers to improve client use and satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
3+ years of software development experience
Programming skills in .NET
Relational database (SQL) background
Skilled in web, API, Microsoft Azure or related technologies
Experience in JavaScript, Data Science, NLP, and AI
