Key Responsibilities

Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code across the full stack, from backend services in Go and PHP to user interfaces in React.
Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to build and ship features that solve real customer problems.
Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Learn voraciously and apply new skills. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies and grow your expertise in a supportive environment.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to help raise the quality bar for the entire team.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and production issues, developing your skills in diagnostics and problem-solving in a large-scale system.

Requirements

An immense passion for learning and growth. You are curious, ask great questions, and are driven to continuously improve your craft as an engineer.
1-2 years of professional software development experience, or equivalent experience through high-impact internships.
Solid foundational programming skills in a language like Java, Go, PHP, Python, or C#.
Exposure to web development concepts, with some experience or familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React.
A budding sense of customer empathy. You are motivated by the desire to build products that people love and are eager to understand the 'why' behind your work.
A collaborative spirit. You are a great teammate who thrives on working with others to achieve common goals.
