About the Role

Innova Solutions is hiring a Software Engineer - Ab Initio for a 24-month contract position in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves driving software engineering tasks within large-scale projects, analyzing and resolving technical issues, ensuring adherence to standards, and engaging in the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Drive software engineering tasks within moderately complex and large-scale projects.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to engineering standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including production support and incident management.
Work closely with client teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Ab Initio, Teradata, PL/SQL, and Unix scripting.
Familiarity with Apache Spark, SQL, Oracle, and data warehousing.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in complex data applications.

Nice to Have

Exposure to SAS, Agile SDLC, and Google Cloud Platform.
Financial services industry experience.

Qualifications

Relevant professional experience in software engineering and data applications.
