About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and security by regularly reviewing and assessing the Salesforce environment to identify potential vulnerabilities, maintain data quality, and ensure secure access for all users.
• Research and resolve production bugs by investigating system issues using debug logs and tools to pinpoint and fix bugs, updating and refining existing functionalities to support continuous business operations.
• Design efficient support processes by creating and implementing streamlined procedures for addressing user issues, enhancing overall productivity and user satisfaction.
• Design custom logic using Salesforce's low-code techniques to create efficient and scalable solutions that address specific business requirements and improve productivity.
• Research and integrate third-party systems seamlessly into Salesforce to expand functionality and support business growth and innovation.
• Analyze and maintain comprehensive data security, quality, and management practices to ensure the integrity and accessibility of critical business information for informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• Four years of related experience in system analysis, security, bug resolution, and system integration.
• Experience analyzing system performance and security within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to research and resolve production bugs using debug logs and tools.
• Experience designing and implementing support processes and custom logic in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of integrating third-party systems into Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of data security, quality, and management practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
