Software Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and drive teams, enterprise partners, and vendors in delivering innovative digital products through the creation of reusable software components.
• Develop and implement new features for the last mile delivery application.
• Ensure efficient execution of overall product delivery by prioritizing, planning, and tracking sprint progress, including the development of shippable code.
• Actively engage in product and business discussions with a technical perspective for feasibility and adherence to roadmaps and architectural strategy.
• Identify and implement performance improvements to ensure the application operates efficiently at scale.
• Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure code quality and avoid monetary damage.
• Collaborate with Quality, Product, and Cloud Engineering teams to keep digital assets fully functional, secure, and up to date with business needs.
• Perform pair programming, communicate ideas effectively with the team, assist in systems integration, performance testing, and product releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Software Analyst, Support Engineer, or in a related/similar position.
• Experience in Software Design and Development.
• Proficiency in Java, Microservices, REST API development.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring framework.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Jenkins, GIT.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server databases.
• Skills in TypeScript and Angular.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
