About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provides technical direction for the design, development, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation.
• Ensures system, technical, and product architecture is compliant with all operational, architectural, and design standards and principles.
• Reviews proposals for technology systems, recognizes system deficiencies, and implements effective solutions.
• Applies industry knowledge to improve solution and service delivery for stakeholders.
• Owns technology oversight and manages technical risks across projects.
• Provides production support.
• Creates and revises technical plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Ensures timely completion and approval of project deliverables.
• Identifies project risks and plans/implements mitigation actions.
• Keeps team members informed of project status and liaises with vendors and project portfolios.
• Manages vendor relationships and holds vendors accountable for results.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Mandatory certification requirements are CT104 (Building New Configuration) or CT103 (WorkForce Time Advanced Configuration) and Workforce Time Interfaces certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field; or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years of experience working in Advanced scheduler, Configuration, and Workforce software interfaces.
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Workforce Management software.
• Proficient in Workforce software configuration, integration, application development, and maintenance.
• Hands-on technical knowledge in application development and support of enterprise Workforce implementations.
• 5-7 years' experience in a SDLC environment.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Experience building out/standing up environments from an infrastructure delivery perspective.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and multiple projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce integration with Workforce.
