We are searching for a talented Software Engineer to join our team supporting the Joint Electromagnetic Warfare Center (JEWC). The role involves developing and implementing a secure, scalable SaaS web portal for EMS data presentation and dissemination, working with a diverse team of software engineers, data scientists, and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a scalable SaaS web portal to facilitate the presentation and dissemination of EMS data and analytically fused products.
Provide secure login and authentication mechanisms using PKI authentication.
Ensure the separation of the SaaS solution from data storage and processing, preserving all government data rights.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to meet technical and operational objectives.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle using Agile or other industry standard methodologies.
Regularly provide progress updates and rigorous testing documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
US citizenship.
Active TS Clearance with ability to receive SCI.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Proficient in JavaScript.
Prior experience developing SaaS solutions.
Prior experience in SPARQL query development and graph database technologies (e.g., RDF, OWL, or similar).
Prior experience supporting the integration of semantic web technologies into the SaaS portal.
Familiarity with software ontology and triplestore databases.
Familiarity with building HTTP-based web services using frameworks such as JavaScript or Java Spring Boot.
Familiarity with source management repositories such as Git, Apache Subversion, or BitBucket.

Nice to Have

Active TS/SCI clearance.
Familiarity with data description languages such as XML, YAML, JSON.
Experience supporting Department of Defense or Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) programs.
Familiarity with secure software development practices.
