About the Role

The role is within the Global Products Group, specifically the LS-SWIFT Division, which provides patterned wafer inspection systems for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing, serving customers worldwide across various markets including foundry, logic, memory, automotive, MEMS, and advanced packaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of the system software engineering group responsible for software development and maintenance of on-tool, back-end software modules.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to develop software for Laser Scanning Wafer inspection products.

Requirements

  • Hands-on academic or industrial experience with programming in Java or C++.
  • Good understanding of Object Oriented Design, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
  • Good problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability and interest in learning new skills on the job.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • Scripting languages like Python.
  • Domain knowledge in electronic design automation (EDA), Image Processing, Image Computing, or Machine Control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Level Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.
