Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud services for our advanced AI/ML platform, including platform architecture and scaling to support analytics and AI/ML tools.
  • Develop scalable, robust, and highly available microservices for statistical analysis and machine learning model deployment.
  • Implement new features and optimize existing ones to enhance customer satisfaction and system performance.
  • Lead and participate in design reviews, architectural discussions, and requirement definitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, tech-ops, and product managers to deliver customer value.
  • Build and maintain highly scalable data pipelines for complex, multi-modal data.
  • Work in an Agile environment, attending daily stand-ups, prioritizing tasks, and meeting delivery schedules.
  • Engage in technical activities such as tuning, productizing machine learning models, and implementing new functionalities.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a software engineering position.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with developing scalable, fast, robust, web-based solutions using the latest frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and coding fundamentals.
  • Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation, and build/deploy systems.
  • Experience building large-scale distributed data pipelines and/or large-scale ML systems.
  • Ability to understand needs from design and product teams, propose features, and transform prototypes into end-user solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with containerization and full-stack development.
  • Experience working with machine learning models, including training, fine-tuning, and explainability.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML research and development, including model selection and evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
