We're looking for an experienced developer like you with the skills needed to develop software and systems from vision to production-ready. This role is more than just coding. As a senior full-stack developer at Booz Allen, you'll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end software solutions in a fast, agile environment.
Master new tools and techniques to improve systems and processes.
Identify system improvements and implement architectural enhancements.
Help clients overcome challenging technical problems using modern architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
Ensure solutions consider current architecture, operating environment, and future functionality.

Requirements

1+ years of experience with back-end software development technologies, including Java, Gradle or Maven, Spring Framework and Postgres.
1+ years of experience with front-end software development technologies, including ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux, Material-UI or Node.
1+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP or Oracle Cloud.
Experience with Docker containers.
Knowledge of Linux systems.
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in software engineering, or 5+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date.

Nice to Have

Experience with Spring integration, microservices, leadership or mentorship, and JMS.
Experience with CI/CD technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Jenkins, and Git.
Experience with Agile development or Scrum.
Experience with AWS.
Master's degree.
Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree.
