About the Role
A prominent MedTech company based in Washington, D.C. is seeking a mission-driven Lead Software Engineer to join their team. With the implementation of their software in 700+ medical institutions across 35 nations, their product is responsible for a significant decrease in medical errors through the effective training of healthcare professionals. Their amounted success and mission-driven culture has allowed them to start a charitable fund in which they donate a portable version of their software to underprivileged populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications using ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features and improve existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Assist in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Support the training of healthcare professionals through software solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software experience in software development.
- Experience with ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or other non-relational databases.
- Experience with AWS and/or other cloud technologies.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
