About the Role

This position is intended to be a member of the engineering team, developing software for medical information products. The company, FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation, is focused on innovating for a healthier world through healthcare solutions such as diagnostic imaging, enterprise imaging, endoscopic and surgical imaging, as well as in-vitro diagnostics. Additionally, their Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) team provides advanced radiography solutions to ensure the safety and efficiency of transportation infrastructure, aerospace, and oil and gas assets. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement product features from internal and external customer requirements and clinical feedback.
Apply standard technologies to software design, implementation, and testing.
Work closely with other team members to coordinate assignments and communicate progress and/or difficulties.
Investigate and resolve complex runtime software issues received from varying sources in a timely manner.
Understand requirements both from the user's perspective and technical details.
Manage personal project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Develop new and maintain existing code and design.
Provide input, solutions, and recommendations.
Participate in design and code reviews and understand and enforce the importance of coding standards.

Requirements

BS or BE in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of experience in software development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Strong software development discipline.
Experience in design and development of complex software components.
Ability to identify debugging strategies in complex software environments.
Skilled in investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of performance issues.
Familiarity with requirements analysis, design control documentation, revision control, and bug tracking tools.
Object Oriented Design and Implementation, using .NET Technologies.
Thorough understanding of Model View Controller (MVC) and Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) architecture patterns.
Experience with Repository and Singleton design patterns.
Knowledge of Entity Relationship Modeling and Principles of Relational Database.
Experience with Agile/SCRUM work practices.
Proficiency in NET Webforms, C#, LINQ, Web API, SOAP Services, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, XML/JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, MS-SQL, Entity Framework, Visual Studio.NET 2019 and above, SQL Server Management Studio.
Ability to perform physical demands such as sitting for 75-100% of the time, using hands and fingers for manipulation, standing, talking, hearing, lifting up to ten pounds, and having close vision.
