The role of Software Engineer - ServiceNow involves designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software applications within a healthcare organization, with options for remote work after onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications for a healthcare organization.
Support and/or install software applications and operating systems.
Troubleshoot software bugs and problems for application or software end users.
Participate in the testing process through test review, analysis, witnessing, and certification of software.
Conduct requirements analysis to generate software design specifications.
Apply new technologies to improve the capability of a portfolio of software.

Requirements

Previous ServiceNow development experience required.
Basic knowledge of computer principles and techniques necessary to develop and document software applications systems.
Basic knowledge of relational databases, Object Oriented programming, ASP.NET, C#, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SQL, XHTML.
Experience in designing and developing web, mobile, and/or Windows applications.
Understanding of operating systems and their tool sets.
Knowledge of customer business functions and terminology.
Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field.
