We are seeking a System Integration/Test Engineer to join the SDA Tranche 1 program within Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations. This role involves leading planning and execution of electrical floor operations, developing automated test scripts, procedures, and documentation for spacecraft testing at factory and launch sites. The position supports multiple technology demonstration missions with potential future program involvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in leading the planning and execution of electrical floor operations for spacecraft testing.
  • Develop automated test scripts, procedures, and documentation needed for spacecraft testing at factory and launch sites.
  • Support multiple technology demonstration missions and future programs.
  • Assist in developing and troubleshooting test scripts and procedures.
  • Support testing activities supporting off-shifts and weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience/education.
  • Software experience, with Python preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel, supporting off-shifts and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to obtain DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Experience with payload and bus software integration (desired).
  • Experience using GIT, updating scripts, debugging, and troubleshooting independently (desired).
  • Experience in networking, setting IP addresses, and working with system administrators (desired).
