Key Responsibilities

Work in a team environment utilizing Agile software methodologies and processes.
Autonomously work on complex tasks and assist with the full software development lifecycle.
Engage with customers for requirements, technical engineering meetings, and demos.
Provide leadership to early career employees.
Provide architectural insight to a large code base.

Requirements

At least 9 years of technical experience as a Software Engineer in an Agile environment.
Proficiency with one or more of the following software languages: Java, C++, C#.
Acceptable degree programs include science and technology related programs such as Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, etc.
Ability to obtain a customer-approved security certification within 6 months (Security+ or CISSP/SSCP).
TS/SCI security clearance is required.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of basic software practices such as coding standards, unit testing, and configuration management.
Experience with database and system administration.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to support and lead teams.
Experience with XML, Windows, .NET, LINUX/UNIX, system software and scripting development, web development, system analysis, system design, software design, development, implementation, and testing.
