Develop highly-scalable performant solutions.
Apply algorithms and core computer science concepts to real world systems.
Recognize and match patterns from different areas of computer science in production systems.

Requirements

Master's degree (Foreign equivalent accepted) in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
Completion of a university-level course, research project or internship involving coding in C, C++, Java, or C#.
Experience with Python, PHP, or Haskell.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Familiarity with software development tools: Code editors (VIM or Emacs), and revision control systems (Subversion, GIT, or Perforce).
Experience with Linux, UNIX, or other *nix-like OS as evidenced by file manipulation, advanced commands, and shell scripting.
Understanding of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Experience in building highly-scalable performant solutions.
Knowledge in data processing, programming languages, databases, networking, operating systems, computer graphics, or human-computer interaction.
Applying algorithms and core computer science concepts to real world systems as evidenced by recognizing and matching patterns from different areas of computer science in production systems and distributed systems.
