Key Responsibilities

Support a suite of web-based applications that automate data management for IC data custodians.
Design and implement automated tests for web applications.
Support the capture of information and approvals to facilitate compliant data movement.
Standardize and simplify data movement, reuse, and integration with downstream tools.
Analyze and interpret test results to drive system optimization.
Identify, analyze, and resolve automation issues to ensure seamless testing processes.
Perform meticulous manual test verification when required, ensuring comprehensive validation of system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to contribute to automation frameworks.

Requirements

Twenty (20) years as a Software Engineer (SWE), demonstrating a proven track record in programs and contracts of comparable scope, type, and complexity.
A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, or an additional four (4) years of Software Engineer experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficient in crafting precise Gherkin syntax to effectively capture and define the desired behavior of complex systems.
Skilled in developing and maintaining robust automated test cases.
Adept at analyzing and interpreting test results to inform decision-making.
Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and resolving automation issues.
Capable of performing meticulous manual test verification when required.
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph clearance required.
Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of test automation tools or willingness to learn (e.g., Cucumber, Selenium).
Experience writing tests in programming languages or willingness to learn (e.g., Python, Java).
Understanding of web technologies or willingness to learn (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL).
Experience designing and implementing automated systems to perform software testing.
Experience identifying and replicating errors in automation scripts.
Experience planning, executing, and analyzing test data to verify system performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a significant track record.
