About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Mapping client requirements and functioning as a point of contact for delivery.
• Develop Report Scripting Language (RSL) modules for Data extraction in Geneva.
• Analyze Advent Global Area (AGA) for performance improving opportunities.
• Implement Advent Geneva accelerators for Period-To-Date dynamic reporting.
• Create Reference data RSLs and schedules in Geneva Work Flow Manager.
• Reconcile iGLS accounting data with corresponding Geneva RSL outputs.
• Design and architect data marts in AIS Data Warehouses (ESP and SSCD).
• Develop batch scripts for sequencing of extracts from upstream accounting engines.
• Maintain and create new existing Extract Transform Load (ETL) code and scripts to feed the data warehouses.
• Create standard and custom data extracts for client deliverables.
• Perform performance problem management tasks in case of incidents.
• Optimize database processes for large datasets production.
• Work on technical plans for Life cycle management (LCM) of the application infrastructure used.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or its equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Plus 5 years in relevant IT experience in the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated experience working on Advent Geneva (including RSL development) and iGLS application.
• Working knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and general ledger concepts.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology and use of Jira with Agile extensions.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, prototyping, and technical documentation.
• Ability to create project plans, roadmaps, and Data flow diagrams.
• Proactive issue identification and ownership of resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with application deployment, infrastructure build-out, and CICD pipeline rollout.

• Experience with Snowflake platform.
• Experience with Exadata appliance.
• Experience with Hedge Fund Accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant IT experience in financial services sector.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $166,109 - $200,000 annually.
• Hybrid telecommuting from within the U.S. permitted pursuant to company policy.
