About the Role

The Software Engineering Intern will work within Live Nation Entertainment's engineering team on projects related to automated fan engagement, personalization, and marketing platforms. The role involves working with data, tools, and frameworks like Spark, Databricks, and AWS to create insights and products that enhance fan experiences and customer acquisition efforts. The company is a leading live entertainment organization with a focus on innovation and connecting fans with live events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Work as part of a dynamic, highly-focused team responsible for providing insights and products that engage Live Nation's fans.
Collaborate with Personalization, Measurement, Analytics, Marketing Automation, and SEO teams to create tools and provide data for audience analysis, website content, conversion, and search keywords.
Contribute to Live Nation's marketing platform by working with data and technical frameworks such as Spark, Databricks, and AWS.

Requirements

Undergraduate, Masters, or PhD students pursuing Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Coursework and/or professional experience with a high-level programming language like Java and/or Python.
Interest and desire to learn.
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to Have

Experience with data processing and analytics tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
