Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineers and be responsible for some of AMD's discrete and embedded hardware products.
Build applications for external and internal use as well as large scale systems to improve the efficiency of AMD Hardware organization.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a US-based University in a graduate program majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge or experience with technical skills such as C/C++, Verilog, VHDL, Python, Perl, Spice, Ruby, Chrome OS, MATLAB.
Experience or familiarity with ASIC design and verification.
Interest or background in ML and AI.
Knowledge of System/Board design, circuit board layout, signal integrity, and power design.
Experience with hardware automation, validation, and testing.
Familiarity with UNIX and JTAG tools.
Understanding of pre-silicon and/or post-silicon platforms.
Knowledge of computer architecture, CPU & GPU architecture.

Nice to Have

Experience building applications for large scale systems.
Hands-on experience with hardware design and verification tools.
Familiarity with AMD hardware products or similar technologies.

Qualifications

Enrollment in a graduate program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
