About the Role

The role is a hybrid position working on-site at least 3 days a week in the Milpitas, CA office, within the Hyperfabric Engineering Team. The team focuses on modernizing Data Center deployment and management practices to support AI and Edge Computing workloads. They are building a cloud-based Data Center Infrastructure Management platform that enables customers to manage their infrastructure efficiently and scalably, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to disrupt traditional data center management and support modern AI applications. The team values innovation, teamwork, and a transformative approach to AI infrastructure, offering opportunities to work on impactful projects that shape the future of data center technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a product in its formative stage of development.
  • Help redefine how data infrastructure is built and operated for years to come.
  • Work in an autonomous, engineer-led culture where developers drive innovation and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Deliver seamless, scalable solutions that empower customers to scale their infrastructure quickly, cost-effectively, and with confidence.
  • Collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to cutting-edge advancements in Data Center Infrastructure management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 10+ years of experience.
  • Experience programming with Go, Java, C/C++, and/or Python.
  • Experience with microservices software architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience working with cloud technologies like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Virtualized applications and their Orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker etc.
  • Experience with Data Center Networking.

  • Formal educational background in a STEM field (implied by requirement).
