About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, evaluation, and implementation of enterprise-wide IT solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to align business goals with technology strategies.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectural solutions.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree in science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must have 5 years of IT engineering experience.
• 7 years of IT engineering experience.
• Expert engineering knowledge across 3 or more IT platforms such as MS AD, Cloud, Virtualization, Backup, Storage, Network, Security, Application Delivery.
• Experience with operationalizing IT platform solutions.
• Experience aligning business objectives with IT initiatives.
• Experience with securing IT platforms and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to support on-call rotations and escalations as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional stress and physical activity including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Demonstrate a “can-do” attitude and display the “ACE” factor—Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm.

Nice to Have

• Experience with risk management and security protocols.
• Experience working in environments with biohazardous materials or noise exposure.
