About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Quadient-based CCM transformation programs across phases including planning, design, build, migration, test, and deployment.
• Define technical architecture, integration approach, migration strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise systems such as CRM, ECM, and print/email gateways.
• Oversee the extraction logic from legacy systems, proactively identify issues, and leverage automation to ensure data integrity.
• Guide the design and creation of accelerators to migrate templates and processes from Documaker, OT Exstream, and XPression to Quadient, leveraging GenAI capabilities.
• Design and enforce governance for template management, content modularization, version control, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT, QA, Infra) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive solution delivery.
• Lead a team of Quadient developers and testers, and interface with business analysts and product owners.
• Oversee configuration management, change management, and production deployments.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, coding best practices, and compliance/security standards.
• Provide expert input on performance tuning, document optimization, and omnichannel enablement.

Requirements

• Experience with Quadient and its ecosystem, including expertise in Dynamic Communication, Scaler, Interactive, and Designer modules.
• Experience with at least one additional CCM product such as Oracle Documaker, Opentext xPression, or Opentext Exstream.
• Migration experience from legacy platforms like Oracle Documaker to Quadient.
• Experience leading complex CCM transformation programs and enterprise communication strategies.
• Knowledge of migrating from Mainframes to open systems.
• Good understanding of the Insurance domain.
• Ability to define technical architecture, integration, and migration strategies.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and team leadership skills.
• Experience with automation, governance, and compliance frameworks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GenAI capabilities in template and process migration.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and document optimization.
• Knowledge of omnichannel communication strategies.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $120,000 to $170,000 per year.
