Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 FO (m/w/d) - deutschlandweit/Österreich/remote

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer and requirements workshops, define processes, user stories, and ERDs.
• Act as a competent contact for technical and product-specific questions related to D365 and provide key impulses to the project team.
• Share knowledge within the team and act as a trusted and experienced Solution Architect at the customer site.
• Develop tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and drive the advancement of industry-specific products and add-ons.
• Document projects in DevOps and conduct training sessions and workshops to promote team knowledge.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 FO and previous versions, with experience in the Power Platform, Azure Services, and Cloud.
• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable vocational training.
• Previous experience as a consultant, Solution Architect, or IT manager is advantageous, including knowledge of (partial) project management.
• Ability to reliably assess which technologies are best suited for specific cases and understanding the advantages and disadvantages of ProCode and LowCode approaches.
• Willingness to continuously develop and learn new topics and share knowledge.
• Enjoy working in a team and a committed, responsible, and solution-oriented work style.
• Excellent German and English language skills and willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Nice to Have

• Experience in handling Office 365 applications like Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Experience in integrating other platforms and third-party systems.
