About the Role

The Sr Analyst - Digital Category Performance at Lowe's is responsible for monitoring category, financial, and customer performance against online business objectives. The role involves leveraging reporting tools, developing new reports, analyzing data from multiple sources, and providing insights to improve digital category performance. The position is based at Lowe's headquarters in Mooresville, NC, and offers opportunities to work with innovative technology and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

Leverage existing reporting tools to identify significant financial and customer improvement opportunities for the Online business across sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, Inventory, Cancels, Returns, Delivery SLAs, and other digital metrics.
Develop reporting requirements for new reporting tools to meet the needs of cross-functional partners across the Digital Category organization.
Create new reporting tools using Looker or Power BI based on the defined reporting requirements.
Utilize multiple data sources to access the data needed for projects, building accurate and repeatable datasets for analysis.
Partner with team members of the Digital Category organization to build out insights and recommendations that can drive positive category performance and outcomes.
Provide support and maintenance for existing reporting tools in a timely and effective manner.
Present training and informational content to all levels of the Digital Category organization based on new or updated reporting tools.
Detect root causes of changes in metrics and alert the necessary teams on actions needed.
Support tracking of actions taken by partner teams and monitor their category, financial, and customer performance against online business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or Related Field.
4-5 years relevant experience.
3 years experience with SQL, Adobe, Power BI, Tableau, DART, Looker (or similar analysis tools).

Nice to Have

4-5 years experience in online retail or Omni Channel merchandising.

Qualifications

Experience with analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, DART.
Experience in online retail or Omni Channel merchandising (preferred).
