About the Role

The Senior Brand Manager of Osteo Bi-Flex and Ester-C at Nestlé Health Science is responsible for developing the strategic vision and plan to meet growth targets of a $200MM portfolio. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to execute the strategy, managing brand performance, and leading innovation and renovation processes. Nestlé Health Science emphasizes merging nutrition, science, and wellness to empower healthier lives, fostering professional growth, and encouraging bold, diverse ideas to reimagine health and nutrition for patients and consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop long term strategy and short term plan in collaboration with cross functional partners.
  • Gain senior stakeholder alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Establish growth targets and marketing budgets to support annual and strategic plan objectives.
  • Calendarize sales, spend, and programming activities, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust as needed.
  • Provide quarterly business updates to senior leadership.
  • Build customer sell stories for new items, distribution gains, and category thought leadership.
  • Establish brand monthly business reporting process with key cross functional stakeholders, including shipments, consumption, marketing plan, and innovation.
  • Lead month end close activities including shipments, phasing, variances, and marketing spend.
  • Evaluate industry trends, competitive situation, and business performance to develop strategic marketing recommendations.
  • Measure and monitor performance against plan and program effectiveness, providing strategic recommendations for pivots and optimizations.
  • Build and execute portfolio architecture through packaging and pricing strategies.
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of annual SKU rationalization.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to optimize product cost structures and support sustainability goals.
  • Represent the brand in cross portfolio and corporate initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in Brand Management, including building brands and driving business growth.
  • Experience in financial management and P&L management.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven success in consumer-packaged goods and marketing, including forecasting and analytics.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Experience in business analytics, strategy development, and marketing programs that have driven results.
  • Experience in supplements, healthcare, or nutrition is preferred.
  • If remote, must have the ability to travel to NY/NJ area for team meetings.
