About the Role

Sr. DevOps Engineer Alpharetta, GA (Onsite) Are you ready for what's next, now? We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution of our DevOps practices and infrastructure. In this strategic role, you will help shape and scale our cloud-native software delivery processes-driving improvements in speed, reliability, and automation across our platform. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to streamline deployments, reduce manual work, and improve observability. Your focus will be on building scalable, secure systems using Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and modern containerization and monitoring tools. As part of a forward-looking platform team, you'll also help evaluate emerging technologies-including generative AI tooling-as we continue to optimize engineering workflows and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and GitOps principles.
Define and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices that enable reproducibility, automation, and version control.
Own and operate production-grade Kubernetes environments across multiple workloads.
Drive deployment automation and reliability across both Windows and Linux systems.
Define and maintain end-to-end observability using tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and related telemetry stacks.
Work cross-functionally in an agile environment to support product delivery and platform scalability.
Promote cloud-native and security-first practices across the engineering organization.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering in a cloud-native SaaS environment.
Proven expertise with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and GitHub platforms for CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
Deep, hands-on experience managing and optimizing Kubernetes clusters.
Strong command of modern observability practices and tools, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Proficiency with infrastructure automation using Terraform and/or Bicep.
Solid understanding of deployment pipelines, operational resilience, and systems design.
Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with generative AI tooling.
Knowledge of modern containerization and monitoring tools.
Experience with cloud-native security practices.

Qualifications

Experience in a cloud-native SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Bicep.
