Sr. Digital Software Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain best in class digital applications.
• Assume ownership of the software development process, from requirements gathering to deployment, working independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, other software developers, and product managers, to design and implement new technology features.
• Utilize front-end CSS frameworks to create visually appealing web applications and optimize performance to ensure fast load times.
• Keep up to date with new technologies and industry trends, and continuously improve digital products.
• Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Development) processes of web applications, ensuring that changes are tested, integrated, and deployed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Mentor junior software engineers and provide guidance and support on projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Six years' progressive experience as a Front-End Developer or in a Software Developer role or related, which must include experience in TypeScript, React or Angular or Vue.js, integrating backend services, working in cloud-based environments, CI/CD processes and web applications deployment, front-end CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, microservice architecture, and object-oriented programming languages such as Java.
• Applicants must have legal authority to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
• Six years' progressive experience in relevant roles
