Sr. Digital Systems Project Manager - Global Facilities

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business needs, write the Business Requirements Document (BRD), and collaborate with IT on design and development.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and drive IT Deployment, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage project scope and changes, and coordinate project staff and internal resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues, prepare project documentation, and conduct post-project evaluations.
• Assess and pilot new tools and capabilities being used in similar industries and technology companies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree with 6 years of related work experience or Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related work experience.
• Proven experience in project management, enterprise resource planning, logistics, and customer support systems.
• Experience in digital systems requirements gathering and management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence process partners, peers, and key stakeholders, manage scope, and drive continuous improvement.
• Good presentation skills and experience presenting to executive teams.
• Familiarity with the latest digital technologies and trends.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple issues and departments globally.
• Flexibility to work different hours due to international communication.
• Preferred experience in facilities digital systems project management.
