About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced IT Manager of Digital Services and Engineering to lead the development and delivery of our digital services and engineering initiatives. This critical role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution partnering with the Digital Business Product Team, ensuring the creation and maintenance of innovation, scalable, and reliable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital services and engineering team, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide technical leadership and support in the areas of software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by staying abreast of latest technological trends and integrating them into the company's digital services.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated digital solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
  • Ensure all digital services and engineering activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the department's success and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on digital services and engineering.
  • Proficiency in software development, system architecture, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing complex digital projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team of IT professionals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A passion for innovation and staying current with technological advancements.
  • Relevant IT certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT management, digital services, and engineering.
